Sorry if my question is so stuped but do you guys know what programs i need to make an map whit quests in it custom lvl's more than 10th lvl becose whit mapeditor i cant create those things and if i can can someone tell me what options should i look in to doe those things ?

in gui (WE/WEU) its like... advanced: gameplay settings or game w/e, then its a bunch of charts, you check use custom gameplay settings, then find heromaxlevel or whatever it is, then change it from 10 to 999, right?
