3rd town castle/church(PLACE FOR GETTIN TIER 3) u can find if just go upper wall in 3rd town, but for it need item(angel blessin+samuel bless+lucifare bless+create) from 900 lvl area+lucifare trial area, and 1000+lvl, maybe some stats requed
for tier4 maybe other conditions

for T4 you need to defeat the boss behind doom and upgrade your items with his orbs and then to craft them with the scrolls from 4th town and after scrolls you have to craft ilidan's heads
