I have just witness something today. I saw a player activating the cheats even i changed the activator and I type -hear, but i could not hear anything from him. But he can still activate the cheats even though i change the activator numerous times.
Can anyone tell me how he did this ?

jjcp can be activated in many ways. a command. a combination of keys and a name. if you will upload the game replay it will helpus identify the activation type.
moreover. the war3map.j file can help even more.

There's a major flaw in your question for the replay, since the newer versions of the JJ cheatpack allow to abolish the replay possibility unless you have an auto replay or use 3rd party software to still get the replay itself (With this I do mean a replay, not just recording your screen)
And I have seen people activate cheatpacks eventhough I read the whole script file and there was no possible way they could have done it. This occured both for name activation only as well as a combination of both as well as having an empty "activator".
The only way I haven't seen them do it yet is by not having anything besides a name activator and not having the appropriate name.
