No idea what this bit means. 1F0 is where the empty data ends and where stuff actually seems to begin, starting with...

The beginning of the the 1F0, which starts with "MPQ".

Again, the same line, starting with MPQ. Not sure if you're telling us to replace the line with this one, or what...
