Add funny chat quotes and make them available for everyone else ;)
You can also rate quotes added by others and in the near future you will be able to comment 'em, too!

- No excessive BBCode, (colors, flashing text, spoilers, etc.), using; don't use it for every single word you're typing, only use it make a word(s) stand out.
