Help how to make this SFX work in world editor.

Can anyone help me with this SFX, it wont load in the warcraft world editor but it will open in War3ModelEditor. I have already removed the "war3mapImported\" part once I import it into the map but it still won't load. Can somebody please help me fix this problem.
