Other Tools Like Warcraft III World Editor??

Hi i have a problem with my world editor i can't open any map even a Deprotected map it's always showing an FATAL ERROR and sometimes its not responding. I have a windows 7 64bit. It's working fine with my last os windows XP.

i tried running it as administrator and still i got an error.

So i need a tools similar to world editor i'm not gonna make a map i just need it to edit map loading screen that's all.

It fatal errors because the map is protected from WE.
Another tool would be Jassnewgen
however it's the same, you have to deprotected to open a map in it and when you deprotect 99% of the maps would lose it's GUI trigger and be unplayable.

They wont be unplayable unless you did something wrong.
Also, there is no need to deprotect a map if all you need is to change loading screen image and text.

How can i change a loading screen map if there is no Fullscreen.blb and world editor?

Open the map using any mpqeditor.
Extract the files.

LoadingScreenBR.tga
LoadingScreenBL.tga
LoadingScreenTR.tga
LoadingScreenTL.tga

And change those.
