In one map ( dota imba legends ) exists an item , that if someone makes you damage more than 15 % of your max life , you don't get that damage .

So basicly , if you have 300 hp > if someone have more than 45 damage you don't receive it .

I want to know where i can find how was "build" that item . I mean i want to know how it was created that feature so i can make a cheat with that .
