I want to have cheatpack for this map! And also enable the single player!

Activator: -cheats<><>

You can save but there is no cheatpack hope you can help me!

Your request seems like detect activator but you said there's no cheatpack,
so you want to add JJCP into the map.
You have to give a link to the map or attach it so that it is possible for us to hack it for you.
