RMPQEx and MPQ Recover can't read file

This has been bugging me for a long time.
Here are some of the screenshots of the problem.

I wonder what problem causes this. I have also looked into it with the hex editor and I found some differences in the MPQ-> part, not sure if that is the cause though.
I hope anyone can tell me the problem, including how to fix it or something.

It is corrupted/protected. I have no idea how to fix that.
I didn't try to open a spazzlered map. lol.

you can use the MPQ viewer to open the map and guide is enchanted hax post above

I know MPQViewer works, I tried. But without these 2 programs, I can't build the listfile.

This map is spazzled, so you have to rebuild or despazzle this map.
There are another way for you to obtain listfile is use this program: useful-tools-f69/w3mpqfns-warcraft-3-mpq-filename-detector-t13994
