Its very good, however, he should listen to his parents, to turn this talent into a career he would require some other skills too. The guy could barely speak! It's like all his life he's just done dancing.
How many career paths are there? Dance classes instructor? Owner of dance class studio? For either he'd require teaching and management skills. Not everyone can be Steve Jobs, you need a bit of luck for that.
