[JJ's CP+Edit] Area of Ice Escape 1.13

Request: I would like you to add JJ's CP into the map.
The second thing is a bit special, I can't really say if it's hard to achieve or not, but first I guess I should start explaining:

The map itself contains about 40 short levels in the "escape" style, meaning you have to get through the level without dying, that's all that matters. There is a starting point, where all players are spawned at the beginning of each level. Also if you die, your teammates can revive you and you will respawn at the starting point again. This is the interesting part, because when all players die some trigger tells the game to end. My request would be, if it's possible, to change this trigger or change whatever has to be changed, so that when all players die the game won't end but all players will respawn at the starting point (there obviously has to be a trigger to spawn players at the starting point, because of reviving + each new level everybody gets spawned at a starting point).
I know this is a lot to ask for, if it's not possible or just too much work for too little gain, the CP will definitly suffice! I'd greatly appreciate any kind of help in this matter!

is there a certain message that appears when you get revived? or is it just everyone reviving with no message

I cheated it to get better at it...

it doesnt have JJCP but it does have what you asked for

commands:
RED ONLY:
-w lets you walk on ice and go through enemies (however, catapults and dmg-inducing things will still affect you)
-nw turns off walk
-win finishes the lvl and gives the lvl to the selected hero
-on turns on shortcuts (left=sets speed to 12, right=sets speed to 5, up=enables walk, down=disables walk)
-off turns off shortcuts

ALL:
-c checks your speed (random real 10-14)
-s# sets your speed (can be any number. 0 makes you not move, 1 makes you move slow, and 9999 makes u blast across the page)
-die kill urself (for those annoying times you get stuck on the thorns)

Also, it has auto res. Meaning, if you die, you automatically start at the beginning again as if someone ran over your circle.
Takes about 1 sec for it to revive you
