o.o regions are made in the .j file
(like, in globals, a rect variable is generated and in the function main or something, the rect is specified)
thats pretty much what a region is, a rect variable that warcraft sets during initialization
plus, testing before posting is a given...you just have to make clear what you want so they can test for that
if you're request is just deprotection, that just means openable in WE o.o

don't think there's a way to keep regions in WE (or if im wrong....dang )
but you can edit the regions by finding the rect variables i mentioned.
just get a deprotecte ver (like the one i did) to find the coordinates easily and edit the regions in the war3map.j file

We can't guarantee that it will have regions, that is recovery. We don't do recovery.
However if you wish to try yourself : http://forum.wc3edit.net/deprotection-c ... t1606.html and go to the regions section. It doesn't take as long as the other sections luckily (Which take forever)
The images have expired though
And ghetto won't be fixing them as he is perma banned.

I get the gist of how to recover preplaced units/regions, but without the pictures its impossible to know if I'm doing it exactly right. From what I've read it seems as if you: open the map in "unprotect", hit a few buttons accordingly, and let the program do the magic. But as I said I don't know for sure, as there are no pictures to verify if what I would be doing is right.
I'm curious to know if map "recovery" is forbidden on this site? If its not then maybe you don't want to do recovery, but someone else might feel generous and give it a shot? Who knows.
