Hi Im Bond, im sorry i need to abuse the rules and system of this site but i think it is semi retarded to not be able to send a PM when you first make an account and its something i really need to do. Near emergency level so im going to multi post here, please forgive me.

We have good reason too..
Users sometimes get banned, register on a new id, then flame via pm or spam posts. Also bots.. You wouldn't believe the amount of bots. 10 in one day yesterday. I'm betting alot of the users don't even know we get spambots due to the mod queue and the PM restriction system.
