How to use map thats been cheated

k i am trying to play the custom hero footies 3.7a and its been injected with cheat but i have no idea how to use. i downloaded it and put it in my maps folder but now what do i do!? sorry I'm an uber noob but we all start out as noobs right? (except some) so now i just have to custom hero footies 3.7a and i don't know which ones hacked and i can't get the commands to work on either one is there anything i have to get other then just the cracked map? please help

You have to be hosting the map that is cheated or be playing someone who is hosting that cheated map.
