Format for Terrain

What format is a terrain for a warcraft III map? Like .wct? Or .w3t? Something... Also, if I knew it, how would I import it into another map?

Terrain is the file war3map.w3e and to import - export it into a map use the WEU enchancer by the menu "edit map" and then the tab "import-export"
