That's going to be very hard.
First you need to know a programming language (VB, C, etc)
Then google "memory editing in (programming language here)" then download the source they give you
Then you'd have to look around abit to find some source that removes fog, I've got no idea. Although, shadowfrench probably released his somewhere. I learned how to make a NameSpoofer from his anyways.
As for the voice.. idk ;P
