Hacked Account Help

Alright so, my clan leader's account was just hacked (Luc232) and the guy who did it claims to have used Bruter, but as far as I know, thats impossible. Does ANYONE have the knowledge to recover his account? The guy is being a d*****bag and won't give it back, althought he stole it for fun.

If the guy registered with his email adress, he can recover it.
There's a magnifying glass right next to the password box that allows you to recover it with your email.
If not, wait for 30 days and re-create it.

i hacked 4-5 accounts last 1 month back.
and i changed their email id too.
i m still worry want to know that how they can take it back and recover it...
some say they can take it back by shell top up...
but they don 't take it back from me til now//
is there any chances to take it back from me....
