Well i think you already got tha normal editor! Supposing that you already got warcraft 3.
Normally when installing it you automatically get a desktop icon of WE but you can also find it on the directory the game C:/program files/warcraft ||| default.
Now i think you did sth and patched the editor maybe with WEU, try uninstalling it.
