Ideas for a new electronic gadget, what would you like?

Since I really got into programming microcontrollers lately I was thinking about making my own product. A friend told me he'd love to have cheap usb controlled htpc (home theater pc) touch-displays - those you have in the front of your case, telling you what's playing etc. I'm not into htpc screens and haven't looked how pricey they are, though I think mine would probably be around 50€/66$ using a 4.3", 480 x 272 px touch display.

So what ideas do you have? Also using small monochrome displays like this we could probably make a cheaper product for 20€. Atm I am working with those anyway. There are 4 lined ones and different colors as well.

That screen that remains the same when you turn it off + small computer + wall mount = epic picture frame/calendar?

That screen I showed you was monochrome and uber expensive unless you but a thousand or two.
