How to use storm.dll?

I watched a lot of answers.
one of a lot of answers.

"Use storm.dll"
I have "storm.dll" but i don't use it.

how to use "storm.dll"?

Ladiks MPQEditor has that option

force open map using storm.dll

oh thank.
but "Cannot load Storm.dll. MPQ Editor cannot use functions from it and will use its own."

and

use storm.dll same read-only mode?

Copy storm.dll from your WC3 folder into the MPQ Editor folder, then try again.

I'm use ladik's mpq
because copy storm.dll into ladik's mpq folder

but...
happen Runtime error
