Safely Deprotect the map to allow for editing

Would be appreciated if there was a way I could open it without any use of outside programs but I could download them if need be and learn to use them

I'm sorry, but we don't do restoration. We only do deprotection. But when people deprotect, they will sometimes restore scripts. I will try restoring scripts for this after my homework.
