Use MPQ Editor if MPQ Master crashes.

in MPQ Editor it not have war3map.j file

It's either in Scripts or scroll down to the bottom.

(Make sure you're using an external listfile (Like the one in your MPQ master folder))

Uhm, you don't have Mpq master? You can use that listfile, it's big enough.

I have MPQMaster and MPQEditor MPQEditor open, but I use this map, but I do not see war3map.j program

war3map.j isn't a program, it's a file, :P.
You're not using the external listfile, you're using the normal listfile that Mpq editor gives you.
Did you looked in Scripts if it's there?

Don't open it in read-only.
Open it on the normal way with the external listfile from your Mpq master folder
