Ok, if you do a syntax check on a script, and it gives errors like "Unrecognized ASCIII Character" and you see items like "$A" here's what you do.

$A = 10
$B = 11
$C = 12
And so on, you can use the replace feature to do the job for you.

If you don't know the hexcode for it, just open XVI32, go to "goto" and type it in there.

They have a replace function, I think. If not, just copy/paste it into notepad or something and use that.

You don't need to replace them; it works correctly in WC3. It's just pjass that doesn't like hex.

Yes I know it works in wc3 but jasscraft syntax check.. When trying to find anti-cheats or anti-sp its usuall needed...

1) No. You are wrong.
It takes every number that is bigger then 9 and changes it to a hex-code.
2) Even if it is all the same hex-code doesn't matter which.. There are ALOT of this number all over the .j file. So changing manually each and every hex-code number to Decimal number is alot of time.

It's probably faster to write something that does the replacement for you.

Easiest replacement: $ => 0x

Unless some string variable uses $, which probably won't occur in any important strings, this is perfect, as PJASS and WC3 read it properly.

Map usually crashes / gives script error (can't remember which) if inserted .j before fixing $ problem.
