but there wasn't any file with .j .ai .mdl that jasscraft can read

Open JassCraft -> View -> Options, first page there, check .j.

may be i said not correct

i mean that : when i open the map with mpqmaster i don't know what exactly extract, coz there is not any war3map.j and others there only .doo .mmp .shd etc.

Hm, seems like you don't have a good listfile.
When I open the map, i see everything.
Or did you clicked on listfile.txt at all?
