You can use them without any problems.

I have discovered after downloading it my computer mouse will freeze and come and go and when going into the game the screen will start turning off an on.. - very very very weird.

Well, if you don't trust the program, don't use it. However, why would a (successful) wc3 editing/cheating site be interested in infecting your computer with a virus? For one, we have tons of users who use the programs, and tons more not on this site. I am not sure about the nature of JNG, but I know for the tools that I use, it requires extracting and injecting data into a program, and is therefore classified as a trojan. If you downloaded from this site, it's not the program that caused your mouse to freeze and other problems.
