Before the 1.23 version it was. However, after that version it's supposedly fixed.

It was some abuse that allowed people to execute bytecode (i.e., make your computer do shit) from within a WC3 map.

And we're not explaining that one. Figure it out yourself, but we're not going to be responsible for teaching people how to introduce viruses to the computers of people that use older versions.
