Where to download TFT Local 1.24d?

Isn't it out yet..? Who's the maker of this program... What's his/her website.. :S
Just few minutes ago, my wc3 got crashed by using 1.24c ver. of tft local :(

Darimus no longer does it, Kryshno's site is down, and ClanBoM.com is no more. Unless you wanna find them on BNet (Clan BoM on US East) and see what's up, you're out of luck.
