netbkaud.dll? [Help]

Whenever I try to open any .exe program ie; firefox.exe , war3.exe , ect...

I get this error.

firefox.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application failed to start because netbkaud.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I've looked on those sites that provide .dll's for download but...

I don't think netbkaud.dll even exists -.-"

Some programs allow me to run them after clicking the "OK" button a couple times like internet explorer.

Other programs like Warcraft III and Firefox won't open at all.

The netbkaud.dll was found by "avast!" and got deleted on startup and I just need this fixed.

Either getting rid of the error or finding this non-existant .dll file.

Uhm...Google doesn't show any results at all. It looks like "Net Book", though, so I'm not sure. A reformat may be necessary.

I really have no idea - when Google doesn't know, nobody does.

Small problem... Paint won't open so I can't take a screenshot and when I try to use the camera I get bad resolution that you can't read
