well i got my PC formated.. tho for some reason the damn thing is now in hebrew. =\ usually i dont have that kind of a problem... but the problem is.. in hebrew it goes from right to left.. and its making a lot of problems in the PC while writing.. and the "start" is on the right etc...
mainly the problem is that my default folders and files (such as "my computer" "desktop" etc..) are now in hebrw.. and most games and programs cant read hebrew letters and see it as ????? thus making alot of errrorss
so is there a way to get it back into english?

Re: english windows
You should be able to go to "Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Advanced tab>Default user account settings" and change the language.
Was a Hebrew version of XP what was installed? I believe Windows doesn't let you change the language if you install foreign-language versions. They sell cheap versions in the local language in poor countries, to ensure dominance, but don't allow you to change the language, so people in richer countries can't just don't click me cheap copies abroad and change the language.

Re: english windows
For an English version of windows xp you need to install an english copy. Once installed you can add the Hebrew language pac and easily change your computer from one language to another. There is no English language pack that I have ever seen.
