Actually hacking PayPal would be illegal, yes. However, asking if it's hackable is fine.

I have heard a lot about this free hacking services at Link removed , because they can hack any Facebook password, also hack hotmail, hack yahoo, hack aol, hack msn hack email password for free. If you would manage to hack it, you would either get millions, or get hired by them.

You'd have to literally hack into their servers and somehow mask whatever money you take. Which means you'll be taking someone elses money, which means, they'll catch on.
