Can other people on the listed teams see you typing the activator? Such as "-w3erules " if you typed that in chat ingame is it hidden from everyone else?

And how can you make it invisible? Or is the only way to hide it is to change the activator to say.. -ar(space)(space), then host a game and type that in at the beggining?

you can type it in observers chat (like [All] chat or [Allies] Chat), but the only way they'll be able to see it is having observers ingame/replay.

everyone else doesnt see it? even though it says (blah blah activated)

If you write the activator via [Alies] or [All] people can see it. But if you write the activator via [Observer]/[To observer:] people will not see it UNLESS they is an observer on that game.
And for the activation messages, yes people cant see it tho.
