Okay....i just bought uhh Splinter cell chaos theory for the PC(yay)
Since it's my first play im goin to use the good ol' config menu i have ALL the shiz required to play this at optimal performance...even over! but now comes the bad part it's bout 20 mins since i double click it or run it as an admin and the crap won't open up! i mean srsly i even have the process open atleast an error........dAmnit there goes my 20$.........oh btw hillo H.A.W.X. isn't that bad.....except if you need to zoom in to target a SAM site or someththing else....rather kamikaze(wich happens most times )

Have you tried starting it up via default settings? Could be one of those 'optimal performance' settings messed something up.

Yup i did. most sad is that i could get like....the orange box for 10 bucks and still don't click me something with what i have left damnit

Give me some more info:

Does it say, "Checking disk..." and then the prompt disappears and you can't start it up? Is it pirated or legal, etc.

Well it's pirated it's been 2 days tomorrow it will be most likely in the trash can since i pirate games for 3 days only.
Cracked but uhh i have a shitload of files in the crack folder i wonder if there's something bad with that il try another crack but.....it might be the .iso itself......


No checking disk i double click it the loading cursor pops up for 20 secs the SPLINTERCELL3.EXE is on i even set it's priority on realtime it aint goin to start then few mins after the process is not there...

Splinter Cell Chaos* Theory uses the Starforce protection. If you get, "Checking disk..." and then it doesn't start up, that means it's being enforced.


*I wrote Chayoss, instead, the first time, which is the name of one of my TF2 friends...
