Mpq Recover shows up funny?

I downloaded MPQ recover from this site http://xgm.ru/files.php?section=wc3&id=1296

And when I open it it looks like this:

Some people state on this forum that there's a file icon in the top right corner, but I don't see it...

Maybe it's right and I don't know how to work it. Help?

What os do ya use? i downloaded it from the link and for me it worked fine

I use Windows XP.

Is there a chance it could be the resolution?

nope...
i had this around a year ago using deprotect, too
i didnt manage to solve it

maybe is something like the .net framework missing O.o?

if ya got net framework ya could try to delete mpq recover.. than reinstall net framework 1.1 and 2.0 and then install it again...

It didn't work.

Oh well, I don't have a lot of time to deprotect maps anyhow. So thanks. you may be invited to my tea party. =D
