Also add a custom cheat that changes how many hours u played. for example, if u type -pstats # u can see how long that # player has been on his character. So its like a hack detection. Add a cheat like -setplaytime 80 to change play hours to 80. (80+ hours looks legit in this game for lvl 999s)

and when u play the game single player it has a seperate save system for sp than it does for mp.
it says "single player save mode enabled"
instead of multiplayer.

This, is what i ment it for.

Anyways, i cant help with the list, however i can recommend some items..

Key - Red = Name and Effect. Green = Upper case letters. Blue = Numbers. (Caps matter!)

Abyssal Sword - Grants +1,885,000 damage. - Item Id = I00O

Legion's Sword - Increases attack damage by 3,120,000 and adds 50% 12x critical strike. - Item Id = I00U

Satan's Ace - Grants +585,000 damage, +32,500 armor, and a 51% 25x critical. - Item Id = I00S

Thanato's Wings - Grants +300 movement speed, +165,000 stats, and +1,560,000 damage. - Item Id = I00Q

I got the codes from .57b, but tested in .56b and the wings dident work, they probably will in this one though. (For .56b just use I00P instead.)

Above are the best (probably) items in the game. Below arent as good, but still ones i use.

Omega P's Pick - Gives a 42% bash for 17,500 damage and a 50% life steal. - Item Id = I043

Horror Shield - Gives +4,000 armor and a 10% chance to block 1,000,000 damage. - Item Id = I05D

Have done it but dont know how to change gametime ^^
Edit: SP looks like done ( I get a code and he dont say something about sp detected ( must test the codes in mp))
Still working on it and i hope I can finish it at the end of the week ( no time in the next 2-3 days =( )
