Cane someone please tell me ho to enter the Doppleganger dungeon/ sewers?

Go into the Unknown Regions then go to the old impossible dungeon (a house) and walk above it into the snowy path. That will bring you to a snowy camp with the new impossible and new nightmare dungeons. The one in the middle is nightmare, and the one bottom house is the new impossible.

When did 1.13d come out? For just a few hours before they decided to delete it??? o.O I checked on Sunday 16 August 2009 and that was still 1.13c.
