Unable to play maps downloaded

Every time i download a map from this site and somtimes epic war somthing is messed up or my comp doesnt have right wc3 (???) because every time u try and open a map in sp it shows the map description picture, and name, but where it generaly has the players where you can set the color handicap or comps is blank

its because of the 1.24 patch.
its blizzard...
