Do you guys edit maps for compatibility with patch 1.24?
I know a lot of map makers gave up on some of the best custom game maps and there isn't really any way to get it back.
I don't pretend to know how much work goes into editing maps or if it is even possible for someone who doesn't know the map inside and out to edit it in that way.

We may. It depends on how much work is needed. If, for example, your map is as reliant on H2I as DotA, no.
