Wine for Mac exists, you know.
However, you can do it without anything like that. You can edit the war3map.j with the basic text editor, and MPQ Extractor is basically MPQMaster for Mac. It's a native OS X program. http://www.devklog.net/2007/02/09/mpq-extractor-10/

JassCraft works in WINE. Or, you can just use a basic text editor. You won't be able to run the syntax checker with a text editor, but...
