Ability : Turning a Hero into another Hero; morphing

How do I make a hero morph into a different unit, like Druid of the Talon morphing into one of those birdies?

Also, how would I make a spell book, ie:

I click on an ability that brings me to a list of abilities on my hero.

just make a custom spell based on the spell book that is already in the game

Copy the druids abillity and change it into a diff unit
