I agree hidan does desparately need new skills like he needs a more effective way to get blood, and some frenzy abilities cos he acts pretty recklessly and (frenzy like) during combat in the show.

Take blood now has a 100% chance of getting blood.
The red ritual circle spell now takes 5 seconds to complete (cooldown still 15 seconds)

I tried changing the tooltips too, but it always makes them bug (the black background for the text is really small, the text itself is gone and the mana cost floats somewhere). So, the tooltips still say '15 seconds' and '25%' but it actualy is 5 and 100%.
