What I want done: Just De-Protect the map so I can balance it out(its unbalanced and theres alot of OP skills, I want to make it fair so people don't choose the same skills all the time, makes the game boring.)

If you just want to edit abilites I suggest you make a blank map, extract .w3a from the original map, import it into the blank one, then edit. After you've edited it, save the map, and extract .w3a and import it back to the original one.
