NEED HELP ABOUT CIRCLE OF POWER

hi guys i want to make a hero arena map but my problem is.. i dont know how to create a circle of power for my players...

i know that i can find the circle of power in Neutral Passive but how can i make one for my players? pls help


is ((Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Wisp) are same as ((Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Wisp) and (Pick_Taken[1] Equal to 0)?

if not where can i find ((Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Wisp) and (Pick_Taken[1] Equal to 0)???? thanks in advance

um.. make a unit with the circle of power's animation and make the unit unable to move?

what i mean is .. i want to create a circle of power for player 1 .. .so that it can purchase a hero on a tavern get it ? but my problem is i dont know how to do it.. when i tried to make a circle of power it is still belong to neutral passive ...

make a region next to your tavern, then

Unit - Create 1 Circle of Power for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of Region <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

or

Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Unit - Create 1 Circle of Power for (Picked player) at ((Center of Region <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

or just place the circle of power anywhere and doubleclick it...then you can change the owner

The way lanaya did it is a lot of time and space wasting.

Simply create a Circle of Power in World Editor, clear your mouse of any action, (go to the camera tab in the Object Placer/whatever it's called), click, (maybe double click), on the Circle of Power, and set the ownership from Neutral Passive, to Player 1-12.
