Those are the custom items..most of the powerful ones are listed under Miscellaneous, especially the last couple items...but ive already put the code down for those items in one of my posts on the first page.

Fixed the time command, and also included item list.

-setplaytime mm:hhhh

mm represents minutes (keep it less than 60, though it'll just increase hours by one in a minute of playing)
hhhh represents hours, to 4 digits. Keep it reasonable.

Wait is this right? -setplaytime hhhh:80

Dunno if anyone still cares about the Itemrawcodes but here are all the legendary boss items, hellset +2 and void set. This seems to give me the most damage of everything I've tried (besides unusable sin gear), but you do die kinda quick so you might want to get some armor instead of void set.
