That was never the idea. I've been turning them down for like a year and a half now and they're still my friends. They actually all thought it was crazy that I'd said no this long.

Also when I do go smoke, it won't be with any of the kids from my school, so none of them will ever know anyway. haha

Why give up on her? Go out with other people, but hang out with her still, be her friend. And if you like her that much, and she asked you to do a smart thing, and not do drugs... Then why are you even thinking about doing it?

Even if you're careful to do it when your parents aren't nearby, the smell will stay with you, your clothes. RDTs might get you caught, too. Also, it is addictive, no matter what Kryptonyte says. There's research. After a little while, it's gonna be hard to stop. Plus, if your friend finds out... Do you want that to happen?

It's your decision. I hate it when people try to force their beliefs upon others. It's your life, you choose what to do. I strongly advise against it, as do most of the others that have posted here, but again, it's your choice.

Not entirely, Senethior. Weed isn't always addictive. If you smoke it 10 times, you won't be addicted.
Not everyone that smokes becomes addicted. However, the more you smoke, the more of a chance
that you will get hooked. Though it's not really that hard to walk away from it if you have a good reason.

Also, the smell doesn't really stay with you... so you can't say that...?
It usually goes away in 20 minutes unless you're in a closed space...
(meaning just walk outside for a few minutes and you're fine)

I have the same situation, sort of, and I agree with Whats-His-Face who said stay her friend, and date other girls. This is the 2nd time we've broken up and we're about to go back out cuz I did that. And As for the smell? I got a trick, msg me and Ill tell you, keeps the smell away completely.

I have never planned on smoking, so if I do, it will be only once or twice.

Let me explain the idea to you. I have this friend from down the street who has been my best friend since I was four. He doesn't go to my school, and I would be smoking with him. He wouldn't tell anyone from my school as he doesn't like almost any of them. I wouldn't tell anyone either because I tjinknits stupid as duck to go around bragging about doing drugs.

As far as giving up on the chick, I don't mean like totally droppi her out of my life. I mean like not trying so hard to get back together with her. I am hoping that by going out with other peopele and being her friend still, he will realize how amazingly cool of a guy I am and want to get back together. Lol. But yeah....
