Wc3 fatal error cannot read!

Hay guys i'v got a super annoying problem and i cant seem to be able to fix it, when i try to open a map in single player or multy it gives me 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:000000006 it's not on every map but almost on all the custom one i have.
I have tryed reinstalling wc3 changing graphic setting audio everything can't seem to figure out the problem.
If enyone have come across such a problem and know's a way to fix it pls help me out.
PS: sorry about my spelling.

Means it's a problem with the map(s).

It seems i have mostly fixed the porblem when i reinstalled wc3, but now i can't open the new maps i have downloadet http://forum.wc3edit.net/fulfilled-requ ... 13171.html like this one for instance.
If it's of any help my wc3 version is 1.23a

I have made also some example pictures of what is happening
Furst i'm on a map that i had before reinstalling wc3 i can click on it

But when i click on the other map that is new this is what happens

It crashes when i click on the map :/
