[IMPORTANT!] How do i play cheated maps now?

whenever i try to play a map that one of the nice people here have given me it doesnt work. For example. I choose lets say tree tag with jj's added . I immediately (when hosting) get a game cannot be found error. This happens with all cheated maps.

So!

How do i play cheated maps?
Patch 1.23 has really killed them . So what do i do?

Also help is accepted. Please help. i am not really understanding the talk about colliding maps and stuff..
