[Help]About Corrupt Map

Pictures are worth a 1000 words.

Take a picture need webcam something like that right? But i doesn't have .

Edit:GeorgeMots , can you upload your's MPQEditor to here . I want to try you guys MPQEditor , see its same or not .

Go to your F12 key, and go right one more. It should say:

Prt Scr
SysRq

Hit that, and paste into some image editor, or MS Paint.

StsRq just can press when on a game like ( warcraft 3) . If im not on a game , i press it but nothing happen ..

Pressing the button copies an image of your screen to the clipboard, so you have to paste it somewhere.

Go to your start menu, programs, accessories, Paint. Paste it in there, save it, then upload it to some site like imageshack.us for us to see.

Ok , at here i will rewrite my question with picture.

1st:

I open the map(Grand Battle v1.4) with Ladik's MPQEditor.Than , i go to script\war3map.j and right click choose "Open with... ---> I choosed wordpad . Just like picture shown .

2nd:

I edit the war3map.j with WordPad . After edited , i choose "File --> Save as.. --> Desktop , just like what picture shown.

But , when i click on "Save" button , it come a warning , just like what picture shown .So , i choose yes or no? (I think this is the point)

After that , the war3map.j should be at desktop . So , i go back to Ladik's MPQEditor and right click on the origin war3map.j and choose Add file(s) . And select the desktop one , picture :

So , here is my problem when i try to create the map . Picture :

Okay here is what you have to do. Just open the normal unedited version in mpq editor, dont open it with wordpad instead right click it and extract to desktop when its on desktop open up jasscraft in jasscraft go top left and find file then find open go to desktop and open the .j file then do the inserting cheatpack process from there, after that go to file and save. Then re open mpq editor find the map and .j file again then right click it and click add files then go to desktop and find the .j file u edited in jasscraft and hit ok then when it says this exists blahblah hit yes to all then go to operation at top and do compact flush, that should fix your problem

I can't extract war3map.j from ladik's . But i got a way , open the war3map.j with note/wordpad , don't edit instead save as --> desktop . This way ok?

Use JassCraft to edit the war3map.j file
