changing pysical dmg and spell dmg are not available so far.

Try Fai's cp. It allow you to change pysical dmg by adding an item.
command is "ai."
you can choose how much dmg to be added though.

Yeah, you can't change the base damage. At most, you can modify it by changing stats or adding items.

It is possible , just cheat the map using Faicp and there got a command (I don't sure is what) to modify building damage/armor.

for detail, get the fai's cp full command list. Is that what he wants?

What you can do in Fai's cp and Fai's cp alone? An example below.
The following example was what really happened a few days ago when I was playing Fai's cp

1. I gave gold to all my teammates. (23456go.#) All sentinel players got gold.
2. The enemies were suspecting one of us was hacking.
3. They started flaming at me because they thought I was the hacker. Just because I was the host.
4. Well indeed I was. But can't let them know right?
5. kss.# a teammate, that teammate got server split, but appeared as AFk status to other players. (no one knew he had left the game)
6. rc.# controlled his hero.
7. as.999999 si. 300 ----> to make it too obvious he was hacking
8. 9ip.# impersonating. Whatever I said was said by his name. And then said " I like hacking. What can you do?"
9. Said that several times to make sure that everyone knew who was hacking. LoL
10. All right, controlled his hero, destroyed the enemy base. Game over.
11. Remade the game. I host it again. They all joined my game again. Thinking I was a good host.
12. Hmm.. that poor guy, gotta kick him when he joined my game. :p

LoL. See that? It's not possible to perform such a thing with other cp. It's funny as hell to fool around with Fai's cp.
As long as you get used to the format ,there won't be any problem memorizing those commands.
