shrinking map size

im trying to cheat a map but when i finish its over 4mb and i can not host it.
so i looked around the forum and i found
wc3mapoptimizer4.0
probobly a general name. well inorder to help u guys understand what im talking about here is the name of the .exe file

VXJWTSOPT.exe

no idea what this letters stand for.
and i got it from xAntans rly big guide. (i know its old but i dont know any other programs that optimize maps)
well im playing with this program for several hours now! and i just cant make my map smaller!
no matter what options in there i tick on/off. map is unhostable (critical error > shut down wc3)
even when everything is ticked off (besides the 1 option that deletes comments and spaces coz its canot be turned off) it happens.

so are there any other programs > ways to shrink maps?

thanks i downloaded and extracted.
but when i use the SAVE AS btn. it says
"unable to create a tasklist, there is no file inside mpq"
is there a way to change the opening movie?
coz there is an opnneing movie and when u play it alot of times. it gets si boring.
the map file is 4.00mb so i think that if ill delete that cinema thingy it will be 3.99 and hostable...

Maybe you dont have war3 installed or you have compatibility issues ( maybe administrative too )

What option did you enable?

"Only add english files"
"auto detect" (bottom left under the "table size auto")

Try zlib deflate.. if the map is shrinked more than 60% then its a fail (most cases)

If you think you cant handle it, try making a post in the requests about it.

naa its ok :D im working on my skills with hacking maps.
like renaming and changing map's pictures.
its realy cool when u learn how to play with it

making a request for me at the request section

is like using the "whosyourdaddy" cheat in the campaign :D
